Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident in your purchase, so before you buy we want you to be sure the course is right for you. Chapter 1 (six full sessions) is available free on YouTube — it is the same teaching, the same pacing, the same depth as every other chapter. Watch a session or two before you buy and you will know exactly what you are getting.
The 3-day window
If you change your mind, we offer a full refund within 3 days of your purchase, no questions asked.
To request a refund inside the 3-day window:
- Email support@honorsprecalc.com from the email address on your account.
- Include your order receipt or the email address used for purchase.
- We will issue the refund within 2 business days.
The refund returns the full amount you paid, including any sales tax we collected. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
When your refund is issued, your access to paid content ends immediately. You retain the free Chapter 1 and TI-84 Primer, the same as any other visitor.
After the 3-day window
After 3 days, all sales are final. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial use of the 12-month access period.
This is for two reasons. First, the YouTube preview gives every potential buyer a no-cost way to evaluate the teaching style and content quality before purchasing. Second, the course is delivered in full at the moment of purchase — you immediately have access to every video and every PDF.
Exceptions
We will consider refund requests outside the 3-day window in two situations:
- Duplicate purchases. If you accidentally purchased twice (for example, you forgot you already had access), email us and we will refund the duplicate.
- Technical issues we cannot resolve. If a verifiable technical problem on our side prevents you from accessing the course you purchased and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you may request a refund.
In both cases, contact support@honorsprecalc.com and we will work with you in good faith.
Chargebacks
If you experience an issue with your purchase, please email us first. We respond quickly and will almost always resolve the issue without involving your bank. Filing a chargeback before contacting us costs us a substantial dispute fee even when the chargeback is reversed, and we may decline future purchases from accounts that file chargebacks without first attempting to resolve the issue with us directly.
Promotion codes
Refunds are issued for the actual amount you paid. If you used a promotion code or discount code, your refund will reflect the discounted amount, not the full list price.
